Dr. Kelsey Webb

Dr. Kelsey Webb, OBGYN, of Women First, LLC, goes out of her way to ensure that patients have access to cutting-edge, state-of-the-art gynecological services. She holds a BS in Biology and Women's Studies from Emory University (1995) and an MD from the University of Tennessee, Memphis College of Medicine (1999). Practicing in Acadiana since 2003, Dr. Webb became Board Certified with the American Board of OB/GYN in 2005 and started Women First in 2013.
Dr. Nika Vinson
Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstruction
After spending 2.5 years in General Surgery, Dr. Vinson discovered her passion for women's healthcare and pursued a residency in OB/GYN. She completed her residency at Texas Tech University in Amarillo, where she stayed on as a Clinical Instructor. She then completed a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA, developing a special interest in neuro-urology, urodynamics, robotics, and complex pelvic surgery. Following her fellowship, Dr. Vinson worked in both the OB/GYN and Urology departments in Baltimore, earning recognition as a Top Doctor in Urogynecology/Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. With deep roots in Louisiana, she relocated to the Lafayette area and is now proud to call Acadiana home. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Vinson enjoys dancing Salsa, learning new languages (she is bilingual in French and English and learning Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and German), reading sci-fi novels, and training for Spartan races. She is excited to start this new chapter with Women First LLC in Broussard, serving the local community. Her goal is to create a safe environment for open discussions, empowering women to seek solutions and improve their quality of life.
Ashlea
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) with more than 11 years of nursing experience. She brings a diverse clinical background in long-term care, wound care, home health, hospice, dialysis, intensive care (ICU), and long-term acute care (LTAC), allowing her to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients with a wide range of healthcare needs. Ashlea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University in 2019 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2025. She is a proud member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners(LANP) and is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while building lasting relationships founded on trust, respect, and open communication.
Ashlea has a special passion for women's health and is honored to care for women throughout every stage of life. As part of the OB/GYN team, she is committed to providing preventive care, annual well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, prenatal and postpartum support, menopause management, and education that empowers women to make informed decisions about their health. She believes every woman deserves compassionate, personalized care in an environment where she feels heard, valued, and supported.
